There are two reasons for bubbles to appear in injection molding:
Bubbles due to the presence of moisture Reason: The plastic material is not dry enough,Injection Industry, resulting in hydrolysis of the plastic material. Solution: fully carry out pre-drying, and pay attention to the heat preservation management of the hopper.
vacuum bubble Reason: The material flow in the thick-walled part is quickly frozen to prevent shrinkage and insufficient filling of the mold, resulting in local vacuum bubbles in the injection molded product. Solution: Avoid designing structures with uneven wall thickness of plastic products. Correct the gate position so that the flow material is injected vertically into the thick-walled part. Increase the temperature of the injection mold. Reduce barrel temperature. Increase injection pressure and holding pressure.
